Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the Inspector-in-Charge, Contai Women Police Station as the information which was furnished on 15.05.2025 has been reduced to a G.D. Entry.

Petitioner has complained regarding the earlier case being Contai Women PS Case No.

06/2025 dated 28.01.2025 under the relevant provisions of the BNS and the DP Act. In view of the subsequent information of the petitioner dated 15.05.2025 and the incident of 22.05.2025 not being acted upon, petitioner is granted liberty to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under the relevant provisions of law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 13294 of 2025 is disposed of.
