Ct.No.28.

as C.R.M. 5835 of 2019 with CRAN 1 of 2021 In the matter of : Gurupada Dolai. ... Petitioner. Mr. Tapas Maity, Mr. Kamal Kr. Mondal. ...for the Petitioner. Ms. Zareen N. Khan, Ms. Trina Mitra. .....for the State. Heard the learned Advocate appearing for the parties. It is contended he has complied with the direction imposed upon the petitioner i.e. to meet the Investigating Officer once in a week.

This is not disputed by the learned Advocate appearing for the State. Investigation is complete and charge sheet has been filed.

Under such circumstances, condition imposed upon the petitioner i.e. to meet the Investigating officer once in a week is waived.

Petitioner shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing and shall not intimidate the witnesses or tamper with the evidence in any manner whatsoever.

Other conditions of anticipatory bail imposed on the petitioner shall, however, continue.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of.
