None appears on behalf of the petitioner at the time of call. No accommodation has been prayed for. This writ petition is of the year 2007 praying for setting aside the Bill dated 01.08.2006.

Mr. Bose, learned counsel representing the C.E.S.C. Ltd. submits that he received instructions from his client to submit that in the meantime the petitioner has already paid the amount demanded by the C.E.S.C. Ltd. by way of final assessment and the supply of electricity to the petitioner has been restored. He further submits that the instant writ petition has become infructuous. Considering the above, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
