Bijoy Kumar Shaw and others Ms. Anindya Bose Mr. Dipendu Mandal ... for the petitioners The petitioners are the respondents in Title Appeal No.11 of 2021 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court, Sealdah, South 24 Parganas. The petitioners pray that the title appeal along with the application which is pending before the learned lower appellate court be disposed of expeditiously.

This court has neither gone into the merits of the pending application nor expressed any opinion on the merits of the pending appeal and the case and counter case of the parties. An order of expeditious disposal of any litigation enures to the benefit of all the parties. The prayer for expeditious disposal is innocuous.

This court is of the view that prior service of the revisional application upon the opposite parties would not be necessary.

The revisional application is disposed of with direction upon the learned lower appellate court to dispose of all the pending applications as also the Title Appeal No.11 of 2021 expeditiously, preferably

within a period of six months from the next date fixed without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

Petitioners are directed to serve a copy of this revisional application along with the server copy of this order upon the opposite parties.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
