Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner is in custody for about 2 years and renews his prayer for bail.

Learned counsels for the State and the de facto complainant oppose the prayer.

Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down by this Court on several occasions. The petitioner was initially granted bail which was subsequently cancelled. He violated one of the conditions of bail. Several criminal antecedents of the petitioner have surfaced both prior to and subsequent to the present case. Some of the co accused are still absconding.

Considering the material on record and conduct of the petitioner, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is thus disposed of. Case diary be returned.
