The revisional application has been preferred praying for earlier disposal of Title Suit no. 80 of 2020 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), 3rd Court, Baruipur, District-South 24 Parganas.

It appears that the suit before the Trial Court is a suit for declaration and injunction and is pending since 2020.

Considering the relief prayed for service is dispensed with and the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the Trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the suit expeditiously preferably within 6 months from the date of this order. 4.

CO 1902 of 2024 is disposed of.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
