1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Victim is stated to have suffered a simple injury on scalp as opined by the medical officer. Charge-sheet is stated to be filed. Some of the co-accused persons are stated to have been released on bail in the meantime.

3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioners, completion of investigation in the meantime, we direct each of the petitioners shall appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnanagar, Nadia, within 15 days from today in connection with G.R. Case arising out of Chapra Police Station Case No. 156 of 2021 dated 10.04.2021. On their appearance and application for bail petitioners shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case including the conditions i.e. i) each of the petitioners shall

appear before the investigating officer once in a week on the day and time fixed by the investigating officer for the next one year from the date of communication of this order; ii) petitioners shall not involve themselves in similar or any other offence during the currency of this order.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.

5. The application being CRM (A) 2294 of 2023 is disposed of.
