Gita Adhikari v. Dilip Bairagha

This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenges the order passed by the learned trial court on 10th May, 2010 rejecting the application under Order 6 Rule of the Code of Civil Procedure filed after the commencement of trial.

The impugned order does not warrant any interference. More so the petitioner/defendant seems to have lost interest to proceed with the matter. CO 1283 of 2014 does not merit any consideration and is disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be sent down to the learned trial court forthwith.
