1. Counsel for the petitioners submits that her clients do not wish to proceed with the instant writ petition any further.

2. The D. I. of Schools (Primary Education), Howrah has submitted a report dated 03.07.2023, which is taken on record.

3. It is submitted by the State that the petitioners are not entitled to the benefits as he is not a family member of the deceased. The deceased had nominated one Sumana Koley, her niece, as her nominee for pension.

4. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. Interim order, if any shall stand vacated.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
