Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, it has not been mentioned in the subsequent writ petition being WPA 24209 of 2023 that an earlier this petition being WPA 13448 of 2023 had been filed on the self-same grounds. The petitioner wants to 'not press' the present writ petition and move WPA 24209 of 2023. Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 13448 of 2023 is dismissed as 'not pressed'. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this court.
