The petitioner's prayer for bail was rejected as recently as on March 8, 2024, by a co-ordinate Bench which dismissed the petitioner's bail application being CRM (NDPS) 463 of 2024. The allegation is of recovery of commercial quantity of contraband items. Since there has been no material change of circumstance since rejection of the petitioner's prayer for bail in March this year, we see no reason to allow this application for bail, at this stage.

Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.

The application for bail being CRM (NDPS) 861 of 2024 is accordingly dismissed.
