1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner along with others is alleged to have poured floor cleaner in the month of the victim. Victim is the wife of his brother. Considered the materials placed by the learned Counsel for the parties including the statements of the witnesses recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the medical examination report of the victim.

3. Charge-sheet is stated to be filed in the meantime.

4. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, nature of injuries sustained by the victim and the fact that there has been no defacement or any external injury and completion of investigation, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by the lerned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nadia at Krishnagar, on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in

connection with Chapra Police Station Case No. 332 of 2020 dated 15.09.2020.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is allowed.
