Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner would submit that there are formal defects in the present petition and as such he seeks leave to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh. 3.

The learned advocate for the respondent no. 6 has drawn attention of this Court to the representation made by the petitioner which has been annexed to the petition and the prayers. According to him, though the representation pertains to a different property, in the prayer portion, the petitioner has sought for demolition

of construction of the property of the private respondent.

Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties, I find that the petition has not been properly framed, there are formal defects and the same stands dismissed with liberty to file afresh with the self-same cause of action.
