Having heard the Learned Advocate for the petitioner and on perusal of the materials-on-record it appears that there is case and counter-case between the parties. In Sessions Trial Case No. 01(02)/2022 charge has already been filed. During framing of charge, no application under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was filed by the accused persons. Therefore, at this stage, the above-mentioned sessions case cannot be quashed. However, the instant revision is disposed of with a direction that the instant case along with the counter-case shall be heard simultaneously by the same Court.

The application is, thus, disposed of.
