1. By way of filing this public interest litigation petition the petitioner alleges that unauthorized construction has been done in respect of forty properties within the limits of Kolkata Municipal Corporation and no action has been taken against such unauthorized construction.

Unfortunately, the petitioner has not named the owners of such properties and what is the nature of unauthorized construction. Representation as well as the prayers sought for in the writ petition are absolutely vague. No direction as sought for can be issued and that too in the public interest litigation writ petition.

2. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is dismissed.
