CESC Limited and others Dr. Madhusudan Saha Roy ...for the CESC Limited.

Mr. Bipin Ghosh ...for the State.

None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called on for hearing, although the CESC Limited and the State are represented through counsel.

However, Dr. Saha Roy, the learned Advocate appearing for the CESC Limited, submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the connection which was sought by the petitioner, has already been given to the petitioner on January 5, 2022. As such, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Hence, WPA 14073 of 2021 is dismissed as infructuous without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
