1. The appellants are not represented nor any accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the appellants. On the earlier occasions, the appellants were also not represented.

2. It appears that the appeal is not maintainable in view of Section 27 of the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887 read with provision laid down under Order 9 Rule 13 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

3. On such consideration, the appeal is dismissed as not maintainable.

4. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter.

5. In view of dismissal of the appeal, the connected application also stands dismissed.
