1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Out of 23 witnesses 19 witnesses are stated to have already been examined. Four witnesses are stated to have summoned for examination on 24th July, 2023.

3. Regard being had to such facts and submissions and the findings of the coordinate Bench vide order dated 29.01.2021 as passed in CRM 10873 of 2020, it is directed that learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ranaghat, Nadia, shall conclude the trial of Sessions Case No. 04(10)14 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from 24.07.2023. If the trial is not concluded by the time targeted, the petitioner shall have liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the trial court.
