The mother of the petitioner died on 20th August, 2015. This prayer, as appears from Annexure P-3 (being page 23 and 24 of the writ petition), was first made on 29.02.2016.

As the prayer has been made after eight years from the date of death of the mother of the petitioner, I do not entertain this writ application and I also do not exercise my extraordinary writ jurisdiction.

Therefore, this matter is dismissed.
