Petitioners approached this Court at a stage when the investigation of the case was under progress. Having considered the change of circumstances which has taken place pursuant to the investigation continuing, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for as there has been complete change of circumstances.

Petitioners would be at liberty to canvass such points taken in the revisional application at the appropriate stage of the proceedings before the learned trial court.

Thus, CRR 1786 of 2021 is disposed of.
