It is further submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record including the CCTV footages which show active role of the petitioner in running over the victim resulting in his death. Keeping in mind the gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
