The matter relates to pay-scale.

It has been pointed out by the learned advocate for the respondent no. 6, Mr. Jahan, that in respect of fixation of pay-scale, regarding which this matter has been filed, is fixed by respective District Primary School Councils.

Here three different such councils have been made parties. Therefore, because of multifariousness this matter is dismissed with liberty to file it afresh where such multifariousness should not occur again. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
