Having considered that the conditions imposed is creating hardship to the petitioner, I am inclined to waive the conditions imposed while granting bail to the petitioner on 14.07.2025.

However, this will not prevent the learned trial court from imposing any other condition(s), if there are any complaint(s) against the present petitioner relating to tampering or intimidating the witnesses of the case is concerned. If required, the learned trial court would be at liberty to impose condition to meet with the Officer-in-charge/Inspector-in-charge of Kankartala Police station.

With the aforesaid observations, CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of.
