Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an officer of the Indian Navy. The police filed charge-sheet and, therefore, the requirement of the petitioner to report to the investigating officer once in a month until further orders should be relaxed.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner was not cooperating with the investigating officer.

The report filed in Court be taken on record. The police nevertheless filed charge-sheet. The petitioner is an officer of the Indian Navy.

In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to relax the condition of the anticipatory bail granted on December 14, 2021 requiring the petitioner to meet the investigating officer once in a month until further orders. All other condition of the order dated December 14, 2021 will remain the same.

CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of accordingly.
