Heard learned counsels for the parties.

It is submitted on behalf of the State that date has been fixed before the learned Court for supply of copies under Section 208 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and commitment. The case cannot be proceeded with due to pendency of the present revisional application before this Court.

Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties, this Court is of the view that the learned Magistrate shall proceed with supply of copies and commitment of the case on the next date fixed before him. It is submitted that the 1st petitioner is posted at Manipur at present.

It is directed that in the event the 1st petitioner is unable to appear before the learned Court on the next date fixed by the Court, the learned Trial Court shall proceed with the matter upon the 1st petitioner being represented by his learned counsel before him and the 2nd petitioner shall appear before the learned Court for receiving the copies under Section 208 of the Code.

On prayer of the petitioners liberty is granted to withdraw the revisional application and file necessary application before the learned Trial Court upon commitment of the case, at the appropriate stage. With the above observations and directions the revisional application being CRR 2152 of 2024 is disposed of.

As a consequence, the application being CRAN 1 of 2024 is also disposed of.
