Materials in the case diary suggest that the petitioner is involved in extracting the money from the members of the public on the promise of grant of job.

In fact, fake joining letter was also issued. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in both the petitions and the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

Accordingly, C.R.M. (A) 1827 of 2024 and C.R.M. (A) 1828 of 2024 are dismissed.
