1. Affidavit-of-service filed the learned Counsel for the petitioner be taken on record.

2. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

3. Considered the materials placed by the learned Counsel for the parties.

4. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, examination of the victim by the learned trial Court in the meantime and other facts, it is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Malda, in Connection with POCSO Case No. 88 of 2022 arising out of Gazole Police Station Case No. 363 of 2022 dated 19.05.2022 on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is allowed.
