Affidavit-of-service filed in court today be kept on record.

It is pointed out by learned counsel for the alleged contemnor no.1 that the concerned Branch Manager, who was a party to the writ petition, ought to be impleaded as alleged contemnor in place of the Managing Director of the Union Bank of India.

The name of the said person is supplied by learned counsel for the alleged contemnor no.1 to the petitioner's Advocate.

Leave is granted to the petitioner's Advocate to carry out the necessary consequential correction in the cause title of the contempt application during the course of the day.

The alleged contemnors shall file their affidavits-inopposition to the contempt application within two weeks from date. Reply, if any, shall be filed within a week thereafter.

The matter shall be listed next on May 16, 2025. 7.

On the prayer of the learned Advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor no.1, leave is granted to the said learned Advocate to file his Vakalatnama within April 30, 2025.

The petitioner shall serve a copy of the contempt application on the learned Advocate for the alleged contemnor no.2, if not already served, by April 28, 2025.
