Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

By presenting this writ petition, inter alia, petitioner has prayed for direction upon the concerned police authority to take steps based on the complaint lodged.

Mr. Das, learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State respondents has filed a communication dated 30th June, 2026 of Officerin-Charge, Dasnagar Police Station and same is taken on record. Copy of the communication dated 30th June, 2026 is made over the learned advocate representing the petitioner.

It is disclosed in the communication dated 30th June, 2026 that FIR has been registered based on the complaint of the petitioner being Dasnagar

Police Station Case No.150/26 dated 26th June, 2026 under certain provisions of BNS, 2023.

In view of registering FIR, grievance of the petitioner appears to have been redressed.

Hence, no order need be passed on this writ petition and same stands disposed of.

7.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach jurisdictional Magistrate, if occasion so arises.
