Re:CPAN 1994 of 2024 (contempt application).

1. A prima facie case of contempt has been made out.

2. However, learned counsel having instructions to appear on behalf of the alleged contemnor submits that no copy of the contempt application has been received by her.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is requested to serve a fresh copy of the contempt application on the alleged contemnor in course of the day.

4. Leave is granted to the petitioner to implead the necessary functionary of the concerned Insurance Company as a party to the contempt application. Necessary consequential amendments to the cause title of the contempt application shall be carried by March 24, 2025.

5. A copy of the contempt application shall also be served on the alleged added contemnor at the earliest.

6. An affidavit-of-service shall also be filed on the next returnable date.

7. The contempt application shall next be listed on April 25, 2025.

8. Affidavits, if any, shall be exchanged in the meantime.
