Anjana Dey v. Samir Baran Dey & ANR

The report filed by the SI/Hare Street Police Station dated 09.10.2023 stating that the petitioner could not be traced out. However, the petitioner to have retired from the service from Calcutta Transport Company Limited. On the basis of a declaration by the West Bengal Transport Corporation Limited dated 05.10.2023 be kept on record.

The instant revisional application has been filed against the impugned order dated 28th January, 2011 passed by the learned Principal Judge, 1st Family Court at Calcutta, Bankshall Court in Misc. Case No. 94 of 2007 granted from the date of order, refusing to grant Maintenance from the date of application dated 1st October, 2007 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. I have perused the contentions of the revisional application as well as the impugned order and this court does not find any infirmity or impropriety in the impugned order. Accordingly, this court is not inclined to interfere with the same. Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application is dismissed.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department and learned trial court for information.
