Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to certain errors in the cause title of the contempt application, leave be granted to carry out the necessary corrections to the same.

Such leave is granted.

The learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioner shall carry out the necessary corrections to the cause title of the contempt application during the course of the day.

Since a prima facie case of contempt has been made out inasmuch as the alleged contemnors have not complied with the order of this court by making the requisite payments to the petitioner, the petitioner shall serve copies of the contempt application on the contemnor and the added contemnor, indicating that the application shall next be listed

for hearing on May 2, 2025, when an affidavit-ofservice to that effect shall be filed by the petitioner. (Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya, J.)
