Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioners have challenged the impugned adjudication order in original dated 13th April, 2023 passed by the respondent Customs Authority concerned which is an appealable order under the statute. Without going into the merits of the adjudication proceedings and the aforesaid impugned final adjudication order, on the ground of availability of alternative remedy by way of statutory appeal I am not inclined to grant any relief in this writ petition except granting liberty to the petitioners to file statutory appeal before the Appellate Authority concerned, within 30 days from date and if such appeal is filed within the time stipulated herein, the same shall be considered and disposed of on merits without raising the point of limitation subject to the condition fulfillment of all other formalities.

With this observation and direction this writ petition being WPA 13481 of 2023 is disposed of. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J. )
