His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities in due course. Learned advocate for the State is directed to communicate with the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned Police Station relating to the address of the opposite party no.2. The concerned officer would submit a report before this court enclosing the acknowledgement which would also contain the intimation regarding the date of hearing fixed by this court.
