Smt. Swapna Chatterjee Mr. Indranil Halder ...for the petitioner It appears that in my order dated 16.08.2022, at page 2, in the first line, it has been inadvertently typed as "Title Suit No.154 of 2018" instead of "Title Suit No.1541 of 2018".

The same shall be corrected and read as "Title Suit No.1541 of 2018". The mistake is thus rectified. This order shall be treated as part of the order dated 16.08.2022. Other portions of the order dated 16.08.2022 shall remain unaltered.

Office is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the said order.
