Mr. Sudarsan Roy, Advocate Mr. Debayan Ghosh, Advocate ......for the Appellants During the pendency of the appeal the parties have amicably settled the disputes. The agreed terms of settlement has been filed along with an application being CAN 2239 of 2020.

The said application as well as the terms of settlement are in consonance with Order 23 Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

Under such circumstances, the appeal and the applications are disposed of on the basis of the terms of settlement mentioned in paragraph 5 of CAN 2239 of 2020. The department shall draw the decree accordingly. The appeal and all the connected applications are accordingly disposed of.
