It is further submitted petitioner is not a member of the gang who demanded money on behalf of a banned organisation. Investigation is complete. Accordingly, he prays for bail. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail and submits petitioner was identified by the victim in the course of Test Identification Parade.

We have considered the materials on record. Allegations are grave. It is contended accused had claimed to be members of a banned organisation and extorted money from businessmen. Victim identified the petitioner as one of the miscreants. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
