Masur ..for the State Ms. Susmita Saha Dutta Mr. Niladri Saha ..for the respdts.6&7 It appears that there are long standing disputes between the petitioner and the respondent nos. 6&7. The respondent nos. 6&7 had filed a complaint against the petitioner. Baranagar Police Station Case No. 455 of 2021 dated August 20, 2021 under Section 325/354/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code was registered. The investigation was completed and a charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner and one Gargi Bhattacharya vide charge sheet no. 34 of 2021 dated January 29, 2022.

The petitioner also lodged a complaint on August 17, 2022. It is alleged that the said complaint was not considered by the police authorities.

It is submitted by the police authorities that pursuant to the enquiry made by the police authorities on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, they came to learn that the dispute was with regard to enjoyment of lands, and alleged violation of the family agreement

entered into between the parties. A prosecution under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was filed. Parties were directed to maintain peace and tranquillity.

Under such circumstances, this Court does not find any reason to interfere with the writ petition. Save and except that the police authorities are directed to maintain peace and tranquillity and ensure that no untoward incident takes place between the parties, in future.

This writ petition is disposed of.

However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
