This revisional application has been preferred challenging the chargesheet filed in connection with Sankrail P. S. Case No. 388 of 2008 dated 05.09.2008 under Sections 498A/34 IPC and Ss. 3 & 4 of the D. P. Act corresponding to G. R. No. 2663 of 2008.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Anwar Hoosain, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State is directed to represent the State. His appearance may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course. Record of this revisional application reflects that till date the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act has not been considered. The said application is pending since the year 2009. No information has been furnished before this court regarding the present stage of the proceedings. Having regard to the contentions advanced in the revisional application, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for by this court. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2117 of 2009 is

dismissed.
