Inadvertent typographical error has crept into the order dated 3rd September, 2025 mentioning the name of the petitioner in the cause title as "Monirul Sk." instead of "Gani Sk.". The name of the petitioner in the cause tile of the aforesaid order be read as "Gani Sk." instead of "Monirul Sk.".

The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent.

Other portions of the aforesaid order shall remain unaltered.

This order shall form part of the order dated 3rd September, 2025.
