The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Padhan Nagar Police Station Case No.474 of 2011.

Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the State submits a report of the Inspector-in-Charge of Pradhan Nagar Police Station.

Records also reflect that the revisional application was preferred immediately after the charge-sheet being filed before the jurisdictional court.

Having regard to the fact that none of the documents under Section 207 of the Code was relied upon by the petitioner, I am of the view that the revisional application is premature. As such, no interference is called for.

Accordingly, CRR 1963 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
