1. Admittedly marriage between the parties was solemnized in 2005 and the alleged abortion took place in 2019. The FIR has been lodged in 2025.

2. Learned counsel for the State has fairly submitted that except for the lab report dated 9th July, 2019, the de facto complainant has not given any other documents for the offence under Section 89 BNS.

3. Taking into the facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be admitted to anticipatory bail on furnishing personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten

Thousand Only) with two sureties of like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Behrampore, Murshidabad, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer as and when directed and shall not threaten or intimidate or tamper with the prosecution witnesses in any manner.

4. The prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

5. CRM (A) 2060 of 2025 is disposed of.

6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
