This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the restoration application, being CAN 3 of 2022.

In such view of the matter, CAN 2 of 2022 is allowed and CAN 3 of 2022 is taken up for consideration.

With the directions aforesaid, CAN 2 of 2022 is disposed of.

In Re: CAN 3 of 2022 This is an application for restoration of WPA 12612 of 2018 by recalling an order dated March 11, 2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court.

Perused the grounds. Such grounds are found to be sufficient.

In such view of the matter, the order dated March 3, 2022 is recalled and WPA 12612 of 2018 is restored to its original file and number.

With the directions aforesaid, CAN 3 of 2022 is disposed of All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court.
