When the matter is called on for hearing, it is seen that, as per learned counsel for the Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation Limited (in short 'CESC Limited'), certain errors have cropped up in the previous order disposing of the writ petition finally. That apart, it appears that the caption of the affidavit-of-service contains a wrong writ petition number.

In order to rectify such defects, the learned Advocate for the CESC Limited, who is present in court, is requested to serve a notice on his counterpart appearing for the petitioner intimating that the matter shall next be enlisted on November 24, 2021 under the heading 'To be mentioned' for passing appropriate orders.
