Mr. Partha Pratim Das Ms. Manasi Roy ...... for the State We have considered the materials on record including statement of Sherful Sk. son-in-law of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. specifically implicating the petitioners in assault of his father-in-law resulting is his death. Petitioners also had motive to commit the crime. They do not stand on the same footing with co-accused who have been enlarged on bail by this court in CRM (DB) 2103 of 2022. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners are rejected. Investigating Officer is present. His presence is noted and dispensed with.
