The petitioner has prayed for quashing of C.R. Case No. 243 of 2017 (T.R. No. 333 of 2017). I find from the records of the case that the evidence before charge in respect of PW-5 is in progress. Having regard to such contention, I direct the petitioner to take up all the points which have been advanced in the present revisional application at the stage of Section 245 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2102 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
