1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated only on the basis of suspicion raised by the father of the deceased.

2. Learned counsel for the State submits that there are circumstantial evidence against the petitioner including that of last seen and the fact that dead body was found in the flat of the petitioner

3. The allegations are serious in nature. Investigation is still continuing.

4. Taking into the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is not entitled to bail. Thus, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

5. CRM (A) 2062 of 2025 is disposed of.

6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
