In view of the affidavit filed by the Joint Secretary in the Department of Technical Education modifying its earlier order by deleting the sentence "However, this order shall not be treated as precedent", an unconditional apology tendered for incorporating such sentence in the earlier Memo, we accept the unconditional apology by recording compliance.
The affidavit of compliance be kept with the record. However, having regard to the fact that the submission made on behalf of the Advocate for the applicants that he has not received the salary in the enhanced scale of pay, let this matter be listed on 4th February, 2021 to see the compliance.
