The petitioners are running one petrol pump under Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited. They have a grievance as to accepting third party agreement in respect of the petrol pump namely, M/s. Ambika Service Station. In this regard they made one representation on 28th June, 2022 to different officers of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited which has not been looked into till date.

I direct the General Manager of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited to consider this representation in accordance with their policy guideline after giving an

opportunity of hearing to the petitioners within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order and to pass a reasoned order in respect of such consideration of the representation within a period of two weeks after completion of the hearing and to intimate the reasoned order to be passed by the said General Manager to the petitioners by two weeks thereafter. Till 6th January, 2023 there shall not be any acceptance of any third party agreement in respect of M/s. Ambika Service Station and any step for induction of any kind as partner as per agreement dated 08.08.2015.

The petitioners are directed to intimate this order immediately to the said General Manager of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited.

With this observation and direction and the restraining order, this writ application is disposed of. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J. )
