For the Petitioner Mr. Supratim Dhar, Advocate ..for the State present in Court Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner in this Public Interest Litigation questions the administrative decision of the Railway Authorities in handing over the charge of Farakka GRP to Siliguri GRPP.

The Learned Counsel fails to answer how the petitioner is effected by such administrative decision or as to why the decision taken by the authorities is bad in law. This Court does not find any reason to entertain a petition challenging an administrative decision taken by the authorities.

The writ petition is dismissed.
